Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Head of PMO to provide overall leadership for the Alphaden Project Management Office. Own the PMO strategy, governance framework, service delivery model, and maturity roadmap. The role is accountable for ensuring the PMO delivers measurable value, drives portfolio performance, and upholds governance and reporting standards across all Alphaden entities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field. Master’s/MBA is an advantage
- 10+ years in project/program/portfolio management, with 3+ years in a PMO leadership role. Energy, Oil & Gas, or EPC experience preferred
- PMI Portfolio Management Professional (PMI-PgMP®️) required. PMI-PMP®️ is a plus
- Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, risk management, benefits realisation, and PMO tools
- Proven leadership, executive stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills
