Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Document Controller to ensure effective management, control, and distribution of all project and PMO documentation across Alphaden’s portfolio. Ensure data integrity and compliance with document standards.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Certification in Document/Records Management is an advantage
- 2-4 years’ experience as a Document Controller, preferably on energy, oil & gas, or EPC projects
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®️) or PMI-PBA®️ preferred
- Good knowledge of EDMS, document control software, and MS Office
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tight deadlines
