Job Summary
The Document Control Executive will be responsible for the comprehensive & management of project documentations meticulously organizing and maintaining project documents from their inception through to archiving .This position involves liaising with Alphaden Energy’s Internal departments and external parties (Clients, Vendors, Subcontractors) to facilitate data flow and timely accessibility.
This role involves compliance with the company's data management procedures, Clients requirement and the Industry Standards. You are expected to monitor industry developments on document control and adapt strategies to implement the same. There should be regular reports to the management on insights to better manage company information as well as a prompt update where there is reasonable suspicion that data may have been compromised.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in data management and control roles, with a significant portion in renewable energy, power generation or automotive manufacturing.
- Additional certifications in Document Control or Records Management (e.g., EDMS, ISO 9001 documentation, ARMA) are an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) and project documentation lifecycle in engineering or oil & gas environments.
