Job Summary
Support end to end measurement, estimating, tendering, contract administration, and cost control across engineering, procurement, construction, pre commissioning, commissioning, and close out for civil, electrical, mechanical, and oil and gas scopes in Nigeria. Provide accurate quantities, pricing support, and commercial records that protect the company’s position and meet client and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited institution.
- Membership eligibility with the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and registration eligibility with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria.
- Three to six years post qualification experience on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects that include civil works and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in Nigeria.
- Working knowledge of the Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement, 4th edition, International Federation of Consulting Engineers contracts or similar, and Nigerian client measurement practices.
- Experience with Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act requirements and public procurement procedures where applicable.
